Customer Success Director – £125,000 (£155,000 OTE) – Hybrid
Overview:
This is an amazing opportunity for you to join a Series C hyper-growth global business that has more than doubled its headcount in the last 18 months!
You’ll join a scaling modern FinTech business who are continuing to win the war on clunky, outdated supply chain processes that can’t keep up with customer demands .
Reporting to the Global Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for a team of highly skilled Customer Success Managers who in turn have their own line reports.
This is a key hire and a fantastic opportunity for you to join a fast-scaling company who have unmatched financial backing in their sector.
Responsibilities:
- You will lead an established Customer Success team; with key metrics being: Effective Onboarding and maintaining positive health scores, net revenue retention (NRR), account expansion, and growth.
- Regular catch-ups and quarterly performance reviews with your team to coach, guide, and support them to achieve a high rate of success across their portfolio.
- Working across departments, you will liaise with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support to ensure that customers are being heard.
- Working across regions with the scope to expand your team into US and Canadian territories.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A successful background leading a Customer Success team within a fast-growing, enterprise-level SaaS solution (FinTech background is preferred).
- The ideal candidate must have prior experience in managing a team of managers.Start/Scale-up mentality, this is an incredibly fast-paced business, and you will need to be able to adapt to an evolving solution.
- A track record of growing overall client account value through your team.
- A clear communicator and skilled leader, who has no issue connecting with professionals at all levels from graduates to senior-level stakeholders.
- You’ll have a customer-centric mindset; Whilst you won’t hold a portfolio of clients personally, you’ll have a passion for improving the customer experience across departments.
