Are you a passionate Computer Science educator looking for an exhilarating opportunity to ignite young minds? Our prestigious client, a secondary school and sixth form in Redbridge, is seeking a talented Computer Science Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their dynamic team!
Responsibilities: - Teach Computer Science to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and promote critical thinking.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Computer Science curriculum and share best practices.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the educational experience.
Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- PGCE or QTS qualification.
- Passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience working with Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 students (desirable but not essential for ECTs).
