Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Championing excellent customer service
- Motivating and supporting the team by leading from the front
- Understand how the store is performing against financial targets
- Show a good understanding of the products we sell and be able to offer guidance to customers sharing knowledge of local products and promotions online on social sites, be the Face of The Company
- Be actively involved with sales targets and also delivering marketing targets such as, checking marketing materials are priced and ready and all prices are gathered for trade show costs etc.
The training you will be getting
- Retail Team Leader Level 3
- Functional skills in maths and English (if required)
- Tutor led learning, delivered face to face on site and in a remote environment
- Specialised Tutor delivery and Guest Speakers
- Will gain a wealth of new knowledge, skills and professional behaviours
- Training delivered monthly or weekly if preferred
