Games Workshop Limited

Job description

As diverse as our intellectual property portfolio is, the range of IT systems that we use is equally extensive. In order to reduce complexity to allow growth, we are launching a major global technology transformation program to deliver better business systems capabilities and help underpin our future growth plans. If you want to work for an FTSE 250 business and be pivotal in an exciting growth period, this newly created role as an IT Integration Architect could be the position for you.

Reporting into the IT Development Manager, we are looking for an experienced individual to partner with the rest of the business in delivering IT-enabled business change solutions. As we are a vertically integrated organisation, you will be working across multiple areas of the business, including the implementation of the New Global Warehouse Solution and the IT Security Strategy. Therefore, commercial acumen and the ability to understand key business drivers within a complex business setting will be key.

Main responsibilities include the architecture, design, and implementation of AIS integrations that meet the functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business objectives, ensuring adherence to industry best practice. You will relish the opportunity to work with Enterprise Architects to create and review integration solution design artefacts while defining architectural standards and principles, always providing technical direction to the development team. Always being proactive, you will drive, plan, and develop processes and functional patterns that support the development team in advancing their Azure integration capabilities, regularly improving processes, ensuring that high-quality information is delivered, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Azure Architecture.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in your field, with demonstrable experience in integrating different third party applications using Microsoft Azure Components, including Azure Integration Service (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API management, event grid), Azure Kubernetes Service etc. With practical experience on cloud platforms, you will have a strong grasp of Enterprise Integration patterns and the ability to apply these design patterns to various application integration scenarios.

If you have the ability to deal with these challenges within the context of a global transformation program, please apply today.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.
