Job description
An opportunity has arisen for one of our clients in their North London Depot for a Service Administrator.
The role will include: Ensuring that all customers’ invoices, credits and accounts are maintained, all purchase order numbers are taken and that all enquiries are dealt with promptly and courteously. Ensure all Credit Control queries are dealt with promptly and clear down the query EPQ screen daily.
The successful applicant would have a positive demeanor, work well as a member of a successful team, be comfortable talking to customers and ideally have a background in the motor industry. A working knowledge of Kerridge ADP would be advantageous but not crucial, however you will need to be computer literate and be comfortable with MS Office products.
