Job description
· Provide administration support for the Welfare Manager. All paperwork and systems required are organized and ready for College inspections.
· Scanning, printing and uploading sensitive documents to in-house software relating to student welfare and registrations. Ensuring accuracy and GDPR are adhered to at all times. Data entry – allocating student rooms, new student information etc.
· Using Excel spreadsheets to collate & maintain data / information, including maintenance, cleaning and catering arrangements
You will be working towards achieving the L3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard. You will also be working towards achieving the L3 Certificate in Business Administration. The duration of the apprenticeship is up to 18 months, including the End Point Assessment. If you do not already have L2 Functional Skills (or equivalent) in English and Maths you will also work towards achieving this as part of the apprenticeship.
The apprentice training will take place at the employers location, at Abbey College. A Skill Coach will be assigned by the training provider, who will support you through the apprenticeship.
Training can be done flexibly, depending on work loads, and requirements of each learner.
