Job Title: Nursery Practitioner
Location: Daventry
Salary: £23,000 to £25,000
I am currently working with an established childcare provider that are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join their team and lead their nursery room. As a Room Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children in their care.
Responsibilities:
o Supervise and care for children in a safe and nurturing environment.
o Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
o Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
o Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
o Ensure the well-being and safety of all children at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Skills and Attributes:
" Passion for working with young children.
" Strong communication and teamwork skills.
" Patience, empathy, and a caring demeanor.
" Knowledge of child development and early education principles.
" First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
