This is an exciting opportunity where you will be reporting into the Group Manager and be responsible for the management of 2 Adult Older People’s Care homes in Bristol.


You could be an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager looking to take that next step up as qualifications will be given.

About the Registered Manager role:

• Responsible for 2 Homes, one having 16 residents the other having 11.
• Management of the Care homes ensuring that residents are being looked after and cared for in the right way.
• Responsibility for ensuring all care records and staff training records are up to date.
• On call rota
• Driving CQC standards

About you as a Registered Manager:

• Must be proactive, dynamic and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Flexible and personable and willing to step in and roll up sleeves.
• They are open to a range background/qualifications, as qualifications can be gained through them.
• Leadership experience
• Care background, experience within Dementia would be an advantage
