Job description

This lifestyle retailer is looking for a HR business partner to support the head office function. Working closely with the head of HR, you will play an integral part in driving change, innovation & building key relationships across head office function. The retailer has been established for many years and are looking to transform their people strategy. As a HR business partner, you will be focusing on policies, ER and organisational design. You will take ownership for driving the people strategy across multiple functions ensuring all teams are aligned. Coming from background within the retail or hospitality industry, you will be someone who has great collaborative and communication skills. The retailer is paying a salary up to £70,000 for the right candidate. There is a benefits package included. The retailer is based in West London and operate a hybrid working schedule. You will be given the autonomy to implement your strategies and ideas to have a positive impact on the business.
