Job Description
- Manage and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and standards
- Coordinate with Human Resources to verify employee data
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee queries
- Prepare payroll reports for management as required
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll operations and information
- Assist in annual audits related to payroll
- Stay informed about payroll updates and changes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll team member should have:
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work well in a team and independently
- A keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
