Benefits
- We are private nursery
- You have 4 weeks holiday plus between Christmas and New Year we close and is paid holiday, we are close Easter holidays (usually 2-3 days) also all UK bank holidays.
- We have pension enrolment (you can opt out)
- We do pay some bonuses near Christmas (not guarantees)
- We do send management (Manager, Deputies and Room leaders) to long weekend away (flight and hotel paid, usually in bank holiday period)
- They look after my staff and we treat all staff the same we are young and friendly and we try to help each other.
To deliver and ensure a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years.
To manage the day to day activities of the setting. To ensure that the nursery is a safe environment for children, staff and others.
To developing partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development.
Criteria
You MUST have at least 1 year nursery management experience
A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in childcare
