Following a restructure of our HR Service, a new role of HR Operations Manager has been created as the hands on, operational lead for the HR Team.

Salary: £45,000- £47,000 depending on experience.

Location: Hybrid, (1 day per week required at the Hatfield office) Hertfordshire

Hours: 35 hours (FTE)

Contract: Permanent

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the day to day running of a proactive and supportive HR service, with an integral role in shaping and implementing improvements in line with the service goals, ensuring the smooth running of our HR processes, policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and highly organised, with great communication skills that can build relationships with all key stakeholders, both internal and external. Ensuring that all staff are trained, supported and motivated to deliver a consistent, effective and high quality service to the organisation.
