We are currently representing a well-established Architectural Practice who are actively looking for a Project Architect to join their growing team based around the Cambridge area. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Project Architect to develop their career within a talented team.

As part of a varied team, leading on projects in both the public and private sectors, the ideal candidate will need to have experience at running projects at all RIBA stages. Project experience within the higher education/science sector is a must.

Our client, they aim to create spaces that improve peoples' lives and create long-term value, targeting thoughtful design. Our team works closely to fulfil the client's needs and aspirations communicating with them effectively throughout the design and build process.

Project Architect Position Overview

• Project Architect to join an Architectural practice
• Located in Cambridge
• Covering Commercial, Education and Science Projects
• Using Revit and AutoCAD on a daily basis
• Project running through all RIBA stages
• Working on a range of projects and being client facing
• Liaise with and manage personnel involved at different stages of the project
• Working in technical design and construction stages

Project Architect Position Requirements

• To be Part 3 qualified with at least 5 years' experience post-part 3.
• To lead projects across all RIBA Stages (0-7).
• Project experience within the higher education/science sector.
• An ability to liaise with and manage personnel involved at different stages of the project.
• To showcase design and technical abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture 5+ years' experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Revit
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
• Good knowledge of planning and building consents within the United Kingdom.
• To be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with the internal team, clients, and entire external design teams.
• To ensure all project deadlines are met to a high standard.

Project Architect Position Remuneration

• Salary; £40k - £50k
• Holiday; 20 Days + Bank Holidays + Christmas Closedown
