Signature Bristol has joined forces with a small but mighty digital agency in the hunt for a Project Manager. Role Overview

They are seeking a talented Project Manager to join the team and lead the charge in delivering exceptional ERP implementation projects alongside some other technical projects. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full time role, working Monday-Friday 9-5:30 however reduced hours may be considered. The role is primarily office based with flexibility for hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for ERP implementation projects, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a proactive manner.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones and budgetary constraints.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects within a digital agency or similar environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and implementation methodologies.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
