Job description
We’re working exclusively with a highly desirable independent Managing Agent who are looking to appoint a quality minded, Senior Property Manager as follows:
- Boutique Agency, known for its high quality, long retained London portfolio (within which all blocks are in excellent order with healthy finances and no long running disputes or issues) and equally impressive pipeline of new blocks
- Almost zero staff turnover with a demonstrable career path leading to title progression for those who desire/work towards it
- Brand new modern offices with a diverse, vibrant and welcoming team
- Hybrid working once settled (1-2 days from home)
- Acting alongside two other Senior Property Managers, reporting to the MD
- Oversight of Property Managers and Assistants, ensuring all aspects of client expectations are met in accordance with SLA’s and company ethos
- You will also manage your own key portfolio (small, compact and high yielding) in addition to onboarding new clients or attending meetings as part of the tender process for new blocks
- Our client only seeks to manage small to medium sized, high quality settled blocks (in good financial order with knowledgeable RMC directors or freeholders), NOT new builds or estates with long running financial or H&S issues (i.e. arrears, cladding). This ensures cooperative working relationships and enjoyment of the property management life cycle
- You will ideally hold professional qualification (IRPM/RICS)
- Starting salary around £65k
Suitable Senior Property Manager applicants will have at least 5 years property management experience (most of which at senior property manager level) with a stable career history underpinned by recognised industry qualifications.
In addition, suitable Senior Property Manager applicants will prefer independent practice over corporate agency and small to medium sized blocks over larger new build estates.
Given our clients London location, suitable Senior Property Manager applicants will ideally live in (or within commutable range of) the city.
