Job description
You will be driving our R&D, business development and solution strategy for AML & RegTech across our key industry verticals in the UK and international markets. Ambitious, creative, and confident, you will work closely with our product, consultancy and R&D teams to fine tune the Synectics value proposition in the Financial Crime & RecTech market, focused on AML regulatory compliance, ongoing monitoring, remediation and KYC/KYB.
You will work across our prospective and existing customer base, supporting the acquisition of new logos, new business units for existing logos, and driving strategic partnerships with 3rd party organisations. You will support prospecting and engagement with our target sectors to achieve pipeline & revenue targets, driving value for clients and growing our presence in the competitive market of financial crime & regulatory compliance.
What will you do?
- Execute a leading role in our sales, product and marketing activity aligned with AML & RegTech.
- Work closely with our R&D, product, and consulting functions to plan, execute and follow up on innovative prototypes, proofs of concept and collaborative initiatives.
- Support our business development functions via strategic client workshops, RFP responses and solutions consultancy.
- Identify areas for Synectics to innovate in line with a continuously evolving 5-year strategy aligned with our product roadmap, customer needs and wider industry trends.
- Support the identification, qualification, and recruitment of strategic partnerships with other organisations in collaboration with our partnerships function.
- Contribute to our marketing strategy and take a leading role in public facing engagement opportunities.
What will you need?
Experience working client or vendor-side in business development or strategy, with experience in one or more of our core markets.
Subject matter expert for Fraud, AML or RegTech, with wider exposure to credit risk, Digital ID, address verification, data analytics, machine learning and regulatory compliance desirable.
A confident, articulate presenter and able to maintain strong relationships with demanding internal and external stakeholders.
You relish a challenge and never run out of things to do.
