A Digital Agency with offices throughout the UK is on the hunt for an Account Director to further my clients objectives by leveraging first-party data to create tailored marketing strategies that resonate with clients' target audiences.
The Role
- Client relationship management: As your clients' principal point of contact, it will be your duty to sustain and foster these connections. This entails being aware of the wants and expectations of the clientele and making sure they are happy with the services provided by the agency.
- Campaign Management and Strategy: From inception to completion, you will supervise the creation of marketing campaigns and websites. This entails informing internal teams, working with clients to develop strategies, and making sure our solutions complement their advertising and marketing objectives.
- Team Leadership: As the team's motivated account manager, you will provide direction and guarantee the best quality of service. This could entail working with several agency departments.
- Operational planning and financial management: You'll make sure that projects are finished on time and within the allocated budget.
- Business Development: You will be crucial to the agency's expansion by bringing in new accounts and extending our current clientele's business.
- Creative and Strategic Input: Drawing on your five years of agency experience, you will approach projects with confidence and creativity, making thoughtful and creative contributions to the creation of our solutions.
Requirements
- A sincere passion for everything digital and a solid grasp of digital marketing
- Five years minimum of experience working for a digital marketing business and a track record of successfully managing clients and developing campaigns.
- Strong grasp of how to use first-party data in marketing campaigns.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to establish connections at all levels.
- A track record of leadership and a talent for inspiring and directing groups.
- Proficiency in analytics and digital marketing techniques.
- Exceptional project management and organising abilities.
- Imaginative thinker with a tactical approach.
