Position: Solar PV Electric Installation Coordinator
Salary: £28.000- £30.000 per annum
Shift Patterns to cover; Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm and every other Saturday, 9am - 1pm
Location: Wolverhampton (Mander Centre)

Job Purpose: As our Solar PV Electric Installation Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the installation of solar PV systems for maximum customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling of solar PV installations
- Maintain install calendars and liaise with customers to schedule installations
- Manage materials, equipment, and appointments to ensure smooth installations
- Assign and allocate the appropriate installation team
- Communicate with customers to confirm installation schedules
- Provide detailed information to installers before scheduled jobs
- Daily communication with installers to track job progress
- Make schedule adjustments to ensure timely and quality completion
- Accurately record information at all stages of the installation process
- Collaborate with installation technicians to ensure schedules and logistics are on
track

- Experience in bookings and diary management
- Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently

- Customer service and aftercare skills
