Internal Recruiter

Worcester

£26,000 - £28,000 per annum

12 Month FTC

Grafton are working with a client based in Worcester to recruit a Internal Recruiter on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to oversee the full recruitment cycle for internal vacancies across the company.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of the recruitment process from start to finish, promoting efficient onboarding and employee engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle
• Liaise with internal managers regarding recruitment requirements
• Write and post job descriptions on social media channels to attract the best candidates
• Monitor job applications and shortlist candidates
• Contact prospective candidates in response to applications
• Provide timely feedback to candidates in process and applicants
• Schedule interviews
• Collating and process relevant paperwork
• Conduct right to work checks and conduct reference checks
• General Administration
