We are an agile team of data specialists (data analysts, engineers, scientists and business partners), delivering analytics, insight and data products to our market leading claims function. Our claims function spends more than £1Bn each year, helping our customers when they need us most. In our team, we use data to improve the customer journey, uncover trends and opportunities, combat fraud and to optimise operations.

As part of your internship you will be based in one of our Claims Data & Insight teams and will have the opportunity to gain an understanding into many different areas within our business interacting with colleagues from IT, Data and Business team across the UK. You will be working directly with claims information and analysing key clients and statistics to ensure exceptional customer service is achievable for the business. You will manage your own workload, whilst delivering excellent service to the operations team and beyond. Some adhoc travel to our Claims Handling Centre’s may be required.
