Job title: Graduate Trainee Teacher
Status: Temporary with the possibility of a permanent role on completion
Hours: 32.5 hours per week
Working weeks: 52 weeks per year
Grade: Unqualified 2 on the Teachers’ Scales

About the Programme:
The Postgraduate Teaching Apprenticeship programme equips aspiring teachers with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to thrive in the classroom. Through a blend of theoretical learning and hands-on teaching practice, apprentices will develop into confident and competent teachers. This comprehensive training programme is designed to support individuals in achieving Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) while working within our dynamic school environment.
