Position: Learning Support Assistant - Challenging Behaviour (LSA-CB)
Location: Hayes
Start Date: ASAP
Duration/Likely Duration: 1 year - Immediate start with the possibility of contract extension

Contract Type: Temporary with the potential for permanent employment
Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-time positions only
Minimum Rate of Pay: £90 per day
Hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm (full day)

We are actively seeking graduates who are well-informed and enthusiastic about working with secondary-aged students experiencing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) as well as Behavioural Difficulties. This opportunity is within a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU), a school specializing in aiding children excluded from mainstream education or requiring additional support beyond conventional school offerings. The PRU's primary objective is to reintegrate students into mainstream education, and they are currently seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team.
