We are now looking for a Head of Delivery to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As our Head of Delivery, you will take final responsibility for project profits, programmes and health and safety, overseeing Project Managers, Site Managers and Project Co-ordinators.
Managing the Delivery Team, you will ensure our projects are completed on time and within budget, with excellent customer service and quality delivery.
You will also oversee and improve all project programmes and timelines, attend client site meetings and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Additionally, you will:
- Maintain and develop subcontractor pools and relationships
- Manage and improve onsite H&S systems and reporting
- Attend client presentations
About You
To be considered as our Head of Delivery, you will need:
- At least five years’ experience in the commercial fit-out industry
- Experience of construction industry software
- Experience using Excel
- Financial reporting skills
- Excellent planning and programme skills
- Strong leadership skills
- A First Aid, CSR, NEBOSH and/or IOSH for Senior Managers qualification
