Learning Support Assistant – Crawley – ASAP

As a Learning Support Assistant in our esteemed institution, you will play a vital role in assisting students with diverse learning needs. Your dedication and commitment will help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment, allowing all students to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:

* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with varying learning requirements.
* Collaborate with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) effectively.
* Assist in classroom activities and ensure students remain focused and engaged.
* Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere to enhance students' confidence and self-esteem.
* Help in the creation of learning materials tailored to students' specific needs.
* Monitor and track students' progress, providing valuable feedback to the teaching team.

What Are The Requirements of a Learning Support Assistant?

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Patience and the ability to work well with students of different ages and abilities.
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Math’s and English ( or equivalent )
