Duties:
- Managing a small team of credit controllers
- Building strong relationships across the business
- Setting up KPIs
- Producing regular and insightful management information
- Cash-flow forecasting
- Be a hands on manager
- Ensure the credit policies are adhered too
- Supporting business growth through M&A
Experience needed:
- Credit Management experience
- Experience of training and developing employees
- Track record of improving cash collection
- Hands on approach
