Location: Blackpool Teaching Hospital
Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary 37,130 to £38,060
Would you like the opportunity to develop your skills and be part of the Clinical Nurse Specialist team?
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be part of this dynamic and forward thinking team.
You will be working alongside the Clinical Nurse Specialists to support them in the management of a defined caseload, proactively implementing a clinical management plan and reviewing the care needs of complex patients.
The successful candidate will be a proven team player and will possess excellent communication and leadership skills. The post holder should be forward thinking and proactive and possess willingness to deliver training and education to other health care professionals.
