We have recently gained a new package of care bringing many fresh and exciting opportunities to join our new team in Runcorn.
We are looking for compassionate and committed healthcare assistants who are passionate about delivering the highest quality two-to-one and one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in her home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a friendly and welcoming lady in her 50s who lives in Runcorn with her family. She requires support throughout the day on a 2:1 basis and throughout the night on a 1:1 basis.
Throughout the day you will be required to assist her to enjoy her hobbies, interests and accessing her social activities, as well as meeting her clinical care needs, and supporting with her personal care and moving and handling requirements.
Throughout the night you will provide support with her personal care needs, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to her clinical needs when required. You will provide a safe and calming environment to promote a restful night’s sleep.

We have the following shifts available;
Take a look at our pay rates
Weeknights : £14.00 per hour (£140 approx. per 10 hour shift)
Saturday : £14.50 per hour (£145 approx. per 10 hour shift)
Sunday : £15.00 per hour (£150 approx. per 10 hour shift)
Bank Holiday : £17.50 per hour (£175 approx. per 10 hour shift)
