Are you a skilled IT Technician/Engineer with a passion for making a positive impact? Responsibilities of the IT Field Engineer:

• Conduct regular on-site visits to client, addressing a range of IT networking and end-user support requests.
• Provide technical support and consultancy for IT services and technologies, including Microsoft, Google, and Apple platforms.
• Process and escalate support requests both on-site and remotely via the helpdesk.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on project work at client sites, contributing to the direction and scope of projects.

Requirements:

• Strong experience within an IT support role or an IT consultancy environment.
• Practical knowledge of firewalls and HP Aruba switches
• Proficiency in Windows AD, Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD, and MS InTune device management.
• Well-developed network troubleshooting skills, with knowledge of LAN & WAN technologies.
• Some experience in VMWare and Microsoft Hyper-V (desirable).
• Familiarity with recent Microsoft Server builds (2016-2019).
• Experience with Google Workspace (desirable).
• Relevant certification in Networking (e.g., CCNA) and/or Microsoft.
