TECHNIA is looking for an Inhouse/Telesales Executive to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. The position is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate will be expected to come to the Milton Keynes office 2- 3 days a week.

About the Inhouse/Telesales Executive role

As our Inhouse/Telesales Executive, you will promote and upsell our services and products to existing customers.

Our Inhouse/Telesales Executive will:

• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations
• Analyse and identify the latent potential in our existing customers
• Build awareness of customer business and perceived needs
• Identify target contacts to engage
• Develop appropriate messaging and prepare content for target personas
