Reeson Education is seeking a Full-Time Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join a 2 form entry mainstream primary school in Southfields. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Year 3 class teacher, assisting with classroom activities and preparation.
• Work with small groups of students or individual students to provide targeted support and intervention.
• Engage students in sports and physical activities to promote physical fitness and well-being.
• Assist with the organisation and supervision of sports events and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting is desirable.
• A passion for sports and physical activity, with experience coaching or participating in sports activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
