Job description
This position is for an In-house Solicitor role within a thriving Technology & Telecoms company. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and services across all areas of the business.

Description - Providing comprehensive legal advice and guidance to all areas of the business.
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide range of legal documents and contracts.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Managing and resolving legal disputes with minimal risk to the company.
- Collaborating with external solicitors and legal advisors as required.
- Participating in business strategy meetings and providing input on legal matters.
- Keeping up to date with changes in law and the impact this may have on the business.
- Providing legal training to staff as necessary.
Profile A successful In-house Solicitor should have:
- A Law Degree (LLB) and a current practising certificate.
- Strong knowledge of UK laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
