.Job Title: Conveyancing Fee Earner
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000
Location: Merseyside & Cheshire
This established and respected law firm are seeking a talented Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their multiple award-winning conveyancing team. Working on a hybrid basis if wanted, the role can be based at any of their offices across Merseyside & Cheshire.
Ideally you will be qualified holding 3 years fee earning experience in Conveyancing.The successful candidate will manage a case load of approximately 30 – 40 new matters a month with assistance, consisting of dealing with a caseload of the sales and purchase of Residential Property from initiation to completion.
The role will also include handling a caseload of both Leasehold and Freehold Property, New build and Re-mortgages.
