• Can they efficiently manage internal calls, creating, updating, and closing tickets?

Windows 7/10/11

• Can they install new laptops with windows?
• Can they troubleshoot problems in windows?

Microsoft 365/Azure AD or Active Directory

• Can they administer M365 accounts? (Creation of users’ accounts, setting up security groups etc…)
• Can they support users with basic office suite (word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint) in a business environment?
