An exciting and rapidly growing drinks-led hospitality group that operates across London and other major U.K. cities. After years of expidiential business growth, they are expanding their internal teams in preparation for a year of consolidation. The group has an eccentric, collaborative and informal approach to their work and are looking for a Head of Marketing - Brand to join their pioneering approach to hospitality.

Your new role
You will be joining the Marketing team as the Head of Marketing - Brand, reporting to the newly appointed Director of Sales and Marketing. Managing four Marketing Managers to create 'out of the box' marketing and promotional campaigns for multiple brands. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies, fostering a creative and collaborative working environment, overseeing all marketing campaigns to ensure they have clear objectives and milestones, monitoring and showcasing ROI, and driving advocacy for the brands through social channels, influencers and brand partnerships.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of seven years of experience of consumer and/or below line marketing
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Experience in multi-brand management
• Team management experience
• Head of Marketing experience

What you'll get in return
On top of joining a group that is built on an expressive and fun-loving culture, you will receive an annual salary of up to £80,000 DOE plus a performance-based bonus of up to 30%. You will also receive private medical insurance and life insurance worth four times the annual salary. For candidates that live outside of London, the company will pay for your commute into London on the days you are required to be in the office. As a young business that has plans to triple in size over the next two years, there is a good opportunity for strong career progression.
