We're making significant investments to enable the people in the community to live the best lives they can and our commitment to being evidence-based and outcomes-driven is at the core of this vision. We invite you to be part of this journey, where your role as a Senior Performance Analyst is essential in delivering performance data, statutory returns, business insights, and effective challenges within our agile, inclusive, and values-driven Council.

In this pivotal position, you will serve as the crucial link between managers, Heads of Service, and Directors, understanding their specific data requirements and delivering accurate, consistent reports, and insights. Your daily responsibilities will involve seamless collaboration with Corporate ICT, the Programme Office, and key partner agencies, contributing to our Corporate Business Intelligence program.
