The Role

Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks an Employment solicitor with 6 plus PQE to join their High Wycombe office at the Senior Associate level.

You will be joining a department headed up by a Chambers and legal 500 ranked Partner , who is at the top of their game.

The firm's highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work, including advisory work on HR issues, disputes related work in the tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work.

This firm is looking to invest in individuals for the long term and actively encourage internal promotion. As a result, there is a genuine and clear prospect for career progression.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with 6+ relevant years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
