We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join a dynamic team. As Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. Responsibilities:
- People management
- HR administration
- Customer service issue escalation
- Customer Delight Program ambassador
- Managing technical enquiries
- Progressing paused and back orders
- Liaising with other departments – Operations and Sales/Account management
- Courier & Transport management
- Product Quality Issues, tracking & reporting
- Tracking & improving enquiry response times
- Product training program
- Quote follow up
- CS Procedure compliance & maintenance
- New starter onboarding
- Ability to do the day job to cover sickness, holidays etc.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Team Leader or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in customer service software and tools
- Ability to handle difficult and demanding customers with professionalism

Salary- £40,000- £45,000
