Job description

As a VIP Team Leader, you will lead and manage a team of VIP hosts to deliver sales targets, drive VIP standards through induction and regular training, manage customer excellence, and assist with new product development and implementation. You will regularly act as VIP Duty Manager to represent the department across the resort and ensure smooth operations whilst delivering high standards.

 

The role will also include providing administrative support to meet the needs of the department working to required deadlines, as well as assisting with department recruitment. 

 

Fixed term contract to November 2024. Working weekends and bank holidays as required.

Shifts between 8am and up to 3 hours after park close.

All we need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver a ROARsome experience to our Guests!

 

Due to the nature of this role a full UK driving licence is preferred and you must be over the age of 18.
