We are seeking a creative and talented Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer (UI/UX specialist), you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our brand message and meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, a passion for user-centric design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: User Experience (UX) Design: Apply UX design principles to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that optimize usability and accessibility. Responsive Design: Ensure website designs are responsive and compatible across various devices and screen sizes. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, developers, and marketers, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Graphic Design: Develop visually compelling graphics, icons, and other visual elements to enhance website aesthetics and user engagement. Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design elements, typography, colors, and branding across all digital platforms and marketing materials. Accessibility Compliance: Ensure website designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design and UX/UI design. Testing and Optimisation: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve website designs for optimal performance and user satisfaction. Requirements: 1. Should have a minimum of one year of experience in web design, and UX/UI with expertise in responsive UI design.Job tags
