An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Senior Multi-Skilled Engineer or Project Engineer to join our client, a leading fresh food processor located in the scenic surroundings of Cambridgeshire. If you possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in engineering, and a desire to contribute to significant projects, this role could be the next step in your career.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Manage and oversee complex projects from conception to completion.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments and implement effective control measures.
- Diagnose and rectify advanced faults on a diverse range of machinery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- HND or higher in Engineering or related discipline.
- Extensive experience in a senior engineering or project engineering role within a manufacturing or processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, control panels, and automation.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to work a 12-hour day shift.

- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
