Health Care Assistant

* SHIFT: variable hours, 35 - 48 HOURS PER WEEK SALARY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE & LOCATION
* Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Care Assistants [ Domiciliary, live-in, sittings day & night , respite, palliative ]to professionally and thoughtfully deliver care during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of our service users. To provide care to service users in accordance with their individually assessed needs to a high standard. Every day and every client is different. You will support your clients with a range of activities including personal care, medication, hydration, nutrition, companionship, health and well-being
You must have the following qualifications:
* Care Certificate beneficial
* NVQ qualification is preferred but not essential
* Valid Driving Licence preferred but not essential , and must have your own reliable car.
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
* Experience of working with older people
* Knowledge and use assessment tools
* Understand care planning processes
* Use of Electronic Care Planning
We are looking for someone with the following technical skills:
* IT Literate
* Good organisational skills
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to contribute to, monitor and implement changes that improvement service delivery and outcomes for service users
