Customer Service Advisor
Huddersfield
£20,325 + DOE
My Client a well known Law Firm are looking for some Customer Service Advisors to join their Family feel team. The main purpose of this role is to provide an amazing customer experience from the start of the customers journey through to putting them in touch with the solicitors who advise on everything from personal injury and medical negligence through to employment issues, conveyancing and contentious civil disputes.
This role would suit someone who has excellent customer service skills potentially from a retail or hospitality background as well as people with Personal Injury or Road Traffic Accident experience.
You will be making a difference to customers every day and be committed to developing the team to maintain outstanding levels of service. Bringing your own unique personality. You can expect an outgoing yet professional atmosphere which will enable you to bond quickly with your new work family.
