To achieve our next plans to hit our growth trajectory, we are on the hunt for a Delivery Consultant to join our successful team of recruiters! You will have the opportunity to work with some market leading businesses across engineering and manufacturing, providing bespoke and innovative recruitment solutions to fit their individual needs.
Job Purpose
To achieve monthly and annual target through billed revenue, through any of the following:
- Work on accounts managed by colleagues in the business and support our business development managers with providing an excellent service to our existing and new customers.
- Develop and grow client relationships to continue and foster long term partnerships
- Support the wider team with opportunities with their key accounts and clients.
- Billed revenue should be achieved through adherence to the recruitment lifecycle and therefore providing the highest level of customer service to candidates and clients.
- Supporting the recruitment consultants and business development managers by lead generation.
- Immerse yourself in the market through research in your sector and stay relevant to sector and industry trends.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates to support them finding their new role.
Performance Activity
- Achieving and attaining Weekly KPI’s
- High client satisfaction levels
- Creation of affective e-shots
- Generate speculative CV submission of quality candidates to support the consultants
- Any other performance activity as directed by your Business Manager
Your Key Skills:
- You will be a natural people-person and confident asking leading questions that help to build relationships with candidates.
- Engaging and enthusiastic individual with outstanding communication skills
- Hold strong communication skills when speaking with candidates.
- A resilient individual with experience working in challenging environments.
