Are you a fantastic relationship builder with great senior level business development experience? Do you want to work for an established not-for-profit organisation going through an exciting period of growth? Then this Head of Business Development role could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This Head of Business Development role is a very exciting opportunity for someone who wants to join a not-for-profit organisation that has seen some fantastic growth in membership numbers over the past year. They are looking for someone to come and lead the team and drive new business growth, with a predominant focus on B2B sales.

The ideal person for the role would be someone who has an extensive and demonstrable business development background and experience managing a sales team to drive sales growth. You would also have some experience of working for a not-for-profit organisation in the past and be a strategic thinker who is creative and customer focused.

The main aim of this position is to implement business development strategies to penetrate new sectors of the market, increasing membership numbers and the number of corporate partners in order to achieve KPI’s.

The salary on offer for this role is £65,000-£70,000dependant on experience. The company also offers a discretionary annual bonus on top of this and a great work life balance. This would be working one day a week from the office just outside of High Wycombe and 4 days from home. However the successful candidate will be a confident presenter and would be required to present at conferences and at key external events.
