We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Representative to join our growing Inside Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, developing, closing, and retaining new business opportunities within assigned territories and industries.
- Prospect new potential customers daily through outbound cold calling, email, social media, and other digital channels
- Research accounts and identify key decision makers to target.
- Craft compelling messaging and collateral to create interest in our gift card, loyalty, and incentive solutions.
- Conduct consultative conversations with senior executives to identify needs and challenges.
- Deliver world-class presentations to secure business.
- Maintain organised and updated records of all sales activity in Salesloft & CRM (Microsoft Dynamics experience required)
- Continuously network both internally and externally to enable sales opportunities.
- Work closely across multiple departments within a business to drive acquisition and growth initiatives.
- 3+ years of successful business development and inside sales experience, meeting, and exceeding quotas
- Proven ability to prospect into new accounts and close net new business.
- Strong phone, written, presentation and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle and pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales technology platforms like Salesloft, Gong, Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Navigator
- Background in customer promotions, incentives, loyalty, or related field highly preferred
