We are looking to appoint an Engineer who can take a lead role in development/design of propulsion control systems.  This is an opportunity to provide technical leadership to deliver core functionality whilst also shaping the strategy for the development of control systems.

You’ll get to be key collaborator delivering the electrified future at Jaguar Land Rover, working on the latest technologies with a highly motivated and supportive group of people. You will have excellent development opportunities both in technical upskilling and professional progression.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Lead the development of several control systems including the future vision, architecture development, requirements, test methods and documentation.  
• Work with internal and external software delivery teams ensuring that delivery meets control system requirements.
• Lead resolution of issues within area of expertise to ensure robust launch of products and respond to the feedback from the calibration team.
• Confidently and clearly present issues and proposed feasibility solutions, as well as provide status on a regular basis to all stakeholder levels.
