Are you an ambitious 2+ PQE conveyancing solicitor/ CiLEX / Licensed Conveyancer, looking to broaden your knowledge within a successful Residential Property Team?

Cambridge with Hybrid Working

Role

• Work closely with Partners to provide legal advice on non-contentious, residential property matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, voluntary first registrations and the extension of leases.
• Be committed to delivering the highest levels of client service
• Make a positive and energetic contribution to a dynamic and confident team.
• Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within Residential Property, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge.
• Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities

You

• 2+ PQE Solicitor, CILEX lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with a solid grounding in residential property, able to work on a caseload with minimal supervision
• An ability to work as part of a team, collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
• Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
• Able to demonstrate teamwork and relationship building skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Proactive, ambitious and organised with a keen eye for detail
