Job description
Axcis Education is currently looking for a youth worker to work at an alternative provision based in St Helens, This is a full time position starting immediately. The school is able to offer a competitive salary between £85 - £100 a day depending on experience.
Previous experience working with social, emotional and mental health needs is essential. The role can be challenging at times so previous experience working with challenging behaviour and pupils that are difficult to reach is also desirable. You must be resilient and passionate about making a difference. The school is dedicated in supporting its students and has a program of support in place to help them excel. Members of staff are proud to be a member of the school and feel very well supported. Training is available for the successful candidate and the opportunity to go perm is also available.
