Marketing Manager, hybrid, £60,000 per annum
We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to join our client who focuses on the design and development of integrated computing solutions. Based near Portsmouth, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenging, yet rewarding role within the technology sector.
Responsibilities:
- CRM Management - This role is responsible for developing automations including email workflows and website triggers. Managing the CRM marketing dashboards for reporting and performance management and ensuring data quality for sales leads and customer contacts.
- Account Based Targeting - There is the requirement to work with sales to create a customer acquisition strategy and execute email campaigns for the purposes of sales engagement, whilst monitoring performance.
- Digital and Social media marketing - The company are looking for someone to create LinkedIn campaigns for customer acquisitions. And create social media strategies to build brand awareness and engagement including content publishing. Assisting with digital marketing strategies and plans. And measurement and reporting of all digital marketing campaigns against target goals.
- Website Management - Content management of multiple websites, maintaining uniformity. Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to increase customer engagement and lead generation.
- Search Engine Marketing - Analysis of target keywords and phrases to drive SEO performance.
- Leadership - Management of team members and setting tasks and objectives. Reviewing of creative designs and content. And providing mentorship and guidance to create best practices.
Skills:
- B2B marketing experience.
- 2-4 years of managing a marketing function including a marketing team.
- Computing or technology related industry knowledge.
- Proficiency in CMS for enhancing user experience, boosting customer engagement, and driving lead generation.
- Experience using Marketing CRM (preferably HubSpot).
- Knowledge of current best practice in SEO
Desirable:
- Exposure to global marketing practices and processes.
