Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer to be based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire?
Main Duties of the Role
- Work with the ICT Managed Service team to overcome any issues.
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 3+ years’ relevant experience working within a support or hosting operations environment
- Google for Education, Class Charts, GDrive, GADS.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office 365 and Microsoft Server Operating Systems
- Good working knowledge of:
- Veeam
- Virtualisation technologies including VMWare and Hyper-V
- VLANs and VPN configuration
- Server-based client services (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, NPS, GPO’s)
- PowerShell scripting
- SAN technologies
- Server & Infrastructure hardware
- Understanding of Firewalls, Smoothwall, SonicWALL
- Understanding of Safeguarding Filtering solutions, Lightspeed, Smoothwall. SafetyNet
Salary
- £30,000-£36,000 per annum, depending on experience
